Day 162 (Wednesday 20/04) - no photos ...

Wake up around 9-9:30am for the free pancakes.

Today the sky is cloudy, and soon it starts to rain.
There's a new guy coming in the room, Dave from Ireland. He's a magician. He doesn't talk much, but he's cool and funny.

I go for a jogging around the lake, under the rain (light rain, and mild temperature, so it's ok - it's even good actually).

When coming back, after a good shower, I stay in the room to pack my box. Amber is also in the room, on her computer. We chat while doing our things.

Once my box done (not easy !), and after eating, I go to the common area to do some Internet and do stuff on my laptop.

Gary is there, we talk a bit. There's some stupid shows on the telly (WWF finals, Jerry Springer, etc.).
I stay there for a while.
Raj comes back from the car rental company where he had to return the car they rented in Sydney.

Later on Angela comes to join us.
She went to the Crown Centre, where the casino is.

We then all go for dinner in the bar next door, "The Elephant & Wheelbarrow". I go for the lamb burger, really good !

After that, we all go back to the hostel (it's raining so much that nobody wants to do anything ...).

I go to my room for a bit, where Amber is getting ready to go out for dinner (with a girl friend of her who's in Melbourne for only a few days). She tells me it's too bad I've already eaten, I could have gone with them ...

I then go back to the common area, just on time to say goodbye to Raj & Gary leaving the hostel with all their bags. They're moving to the 2 Brit girls flat where they have free accommodation.
(we'll probably catch up tomorow anyway)

I go back to my room and spend the evening there, relax, with Angela.
